DIRECTOR – EXECUTIVE SEARCH HOTELIVATE

DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

As an integral part of the Executive Search team, the Director – Executive Search is responsible for the following:

  • Responsible for Key Account Management, Client Coordination Locally and Internationally.
  • Responsible for topline.
  • Handling the entire Recruitment Lifecycle & ensuring delivery on commitments.
  • Leadership Hiring and Headhunting for niche profiles across sectors.
  • Pitch to prospective clients, building search strategies, compiling target and source lists, profiling of potential candidates, and overall contributing to Business Development activities.
  • Working independently on the critical Mandates.
  • Training and developing a team and make a practice.
  • Conduct evaluation/assessment, screening, candidate shortlisting, referral processes for CXO levels across sectors.
  • Practice wise knowledge management
  • Ensuring a proper screening & shortlisting of the profiles and conducting preliminary round for ensuring fitment and providing the necessary information about the job responsibilities.

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

 The desired candidate should be a PGDM/ MBA HR with a minimum of 12 – 18 years of experience in Executive Search/Recruitments.

As an integral member of the company’s staff, the candidate must exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and discretion. The individual should be highly confident of their abilities and be considered a detail-oriented person who can tackle complex assignments. The candidate should have fluency and a good command of English. The candidate should be highly numerate and analytical. S/he will need to be a consummate team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills up and down the organizational chart. The candidate must be a leader, directing a group towards a common vision. Being creative, while possessing a healthy sense of humor and charm will complement the candidate’s professional skills.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The Director – Executive Search will report to Founder Chairman, Hotelivate.

CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER – EXECUTIVE SEARCH HOTELIVATE

DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

As an integral part of the Executive Search team, the CAM – Executive Search is responsible for the following:

  1. Build and maintain a relationship with clients
  2. Create search strategy and define timelines.
  3. Handling the entire Recruitment Lifecycle & ensuring delivery on commitments.
  4. Mapping the Industry using all the possible tools which include Internet Search, Calling, Reading research reports, etc.
  5. Leadership hiring and headhunting for niche profiles across sectors.
  6. Act as a one-point contact for all search-related queries by clients.
  7. Follow up on payment status for the searches closed for the specific client.
  8. Gain an understanding of the client’s organization and specifics of the position to be filled.
  9. Gain understanding and thorough knowledge of competitors based on a specific search assignment.
  10. Ensuring that before the execution from the research side the following are in order:
    1. Industry and Company Reports
    2. Opportunity profile
    3. List of candidates in the existing database
    4. Mapping document template
  11. Execute the search using all the possible tools & social media platforms.
